About Ferrum Advisory
Experience Forged Into Strategy
Ferrum Advisory was founded on a simple belief: growth is rarely limited by a lack of opportunity. More often, companies struggle to identify which opportunities deserve investment, which partnerships can actually create leverage, and how to turn strategy into measurable revenue.
I founded Ferrum Advisory after more than 25 years building, leading, and scaling sales organizations, strategic partnerships, and partner ecosystems across hospitality technology, enterprise SaaS, travel technology, and professional services.
Throughout my career, I have worked on both sides of the growth equation—building direct enterprise sales organizations and creating partner ecosystems designed to expand distribution, accelerate revenue, open new markets, and strengthen a company’s strategic position.
My experience includes building global partner programs from the ground up, developing reseller and channel networks across North America, Europe, Asia-Pacific, and Latin America, leading enterprise sales teams, and negotiating complex agreements with some of the largest companies in hospitality and technology.
I have helped scale an early-stage hospitality technology company from 10 customers to more than 500 and approximately $20 million in recurring revenue, built a global partner program that recruited more than 40 strategic partners in its first year, generated multimillion-dollar enterprise pipelines through partnerships, and led enterprise sales organizations responsible for complex, high-value growth initiatives.
Along the way, I have worked with organizations and technology ecosystems surrounding Marriott, Hilton, Hyatt, IHG, Wyndham, Oracle Hospitality, Sabre, Amadeus, Shiji, Infor, and other major hospitality technology companies.
Why Ferrum
Ferrum is Latin for iron.
The name reflects how I believe strong businesses are built: with structure, discipline, resilience, and the ability to withstand pressure.
But strength alone is not enough.
Companies also need clarity.
They need to understand where they should invest, where they should stop investing, which relationships can create disproportionate value, and how their sales, partnership, technology, and go-to-market strategies work together.
That is where Ferrum Advisory operates.
What I Help Companies Solve
Ferrum works with executives and growth-stage organizations that are asking questions such as:
Which partnerships are actually strategic?
Where should we invest our limited resources?
How should we structure a partner ecosystem?
Which technology companies belong in our ecosystem?
Should we build, buy, integrate, partner, or white-label?
How can partnerships become a measurable revenue channel rather than a collection of relationships?
Where are there gaps in our go-to-market strategy?
How do we turn an ecosystem strategy into something the sales organization can actually execute?
My approach combines commercial strategy, partnership architecture, enterprise sales experience, technology ecosystem analysis, and measurable scoring frameworks to help leadership teams make better decisions.
From Relationships to Systems
One of the biggest lessons from my career is that partnerships cannot depend entirely on relationships.
Relationships matter. But scalable growth requires systems.
Ferrum helps companies move from informal partnership activity toward structured ecosystems with defined strategy, partner segmentation, scoring, investment criteria, enablement, governance, performance measurement, and clear commercial objectives.
The goal is not to accumulate more partners.
The goal is to identify the partners that create leverage.
Stronger Strategy. Smarter Growth.
Ferrum Advisory exists to bring an operator’s perspective to strategy.
I have carried quotas, built pipelines, managed sales teams, negotiated enterprise contracts, recruited partners, built channel programs, worked with product and technology teams, and sat across the table from executives responsible for making difficult investment decisions.
That experience shapes every Ferrum engagement.
The objective is straightforward:
Reduce ambiguity. Focus resources. Build leverage. Create measurable growth.
That is the work of Ferrum Advisory.
